The King would return and re-gather his people to his Kingdom. As the nations of the world understand and believe in this miracle, they too would come into His Kingdom, as gentiles, to receive the blessings offered them. All be it, after much disaster and destruction (purification). Just like Israel is going through, so to the nations of the world are going through this consecration. All be it through different means, but to the same goal.
After God purifies Israel , he purifies the nations. Another way to look at it is, after Israel is consecrated to God, the nations will be consecrated to Him as well. And in the end, all will worship the King of Glory in his resting place. Both Israel and the nations will honor God, and dwell in union with Him forever. In fact, through God redeeming his people Israel , the nations will turn to Him and glorify him as well.
So the big picture is a dance of humility and love. God forms and chooses Israel , who in turn rejects him and becomes not his people, and scattered into all the nations. The one who scattered them into the nations is the very same one who gathers them out of the nations. In fact, the scattering precipitated the gathering. By coming as the Way the Truth and the Life, he scatters the rebellious into the shadows, and draws the faithful at the same time into the Light, by his very presence.
This is where we stand today. The seed of Abraham has been scattered throughout the world, so as to produce fruit a hundred-fold. While in the nations God is providing a sanctuary, here in the wilderness. His Spirit. The Spirit that the One who scattered us offered to us before the scattering. If we believed.
And very soon, we pray, God will restore us to our place in the heart of God and his Kingdom. When this happens, the nations will marvel and believe in God. Because he restored his children to his Kingdom. The King returned along with the remnant of his people to his Land.
At the beginning of Luke we find the prophesy about the birth of Yeshua, about the return of the King and his kingdom. As the angle told Mary about the baby she would soon have, it was said to her:
30 And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Yeshua.
32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”
Yeshua is given the throne of David, his father, and Yeshua will reign over the house of Jacob forever, there is no end to his kingdom.
Isaiah also foretold the day of Yeshua and his kingdom.
Isaiah 11: 1 – 16 The Righteous Reign of the Branch (Yeshua)
1 There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from his roots shall bear fruit. 2 And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. 3 And his delight shall be in the fear of the LORD. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide disputes by what his ears hear, 4 but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked. 5 Righteousness shall be the belt of his waist, and faithfulness the belt of his loins. 6 The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together; and a little child shall lead them. 7 The cow and the bear shall graze; their young shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 The nursing child shall play over the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder’s den. 9 They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
This speaks of Yeshua. How he came from the line of David, was filled with the Spirit of God, being judge and destroyer, bringing peace to the world, which is full of the knowledge of God. The whole world is full of the knowledge of Yeshua, and live in peace after Yeshua, who by the authority of the Spirit of God judges all fairly and humbly as he slays the wicked by his Word.
Yeshua being filled with the Spirit of God will judge all the world, bringing peace through the knowledge of God.
10 In that day the root of Jesse, who shall stand as a signal for the peoples–of him shall the nations inquire, and his resting place shall be glorious. 11 In that day the Lord will extend his hand yet a second time to recover the remnant that remains of his people, from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the coastlands of the sea. 12 He will raise a signal for the nations and will assemble the banished of Israel, and gather the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth. 13 The jealousy of Ephraim shall depart, and those who harass Judah shall be cut off; Ephraim shall not be jealous of Judah, and Judah shall not harass Ephraim. 14 But they shall swoop down on the shoulder of the Philistines in the west, and together they shall plunder the people of the east. They shall put out their hand against Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites shall obey them.
15 And the LORD will utterly destroy the tongue of the Sea of Egypt, and will wave his hand over the River with his scorching breath, and strike it into seven channels, and he will lead people across in sandals. 16 And there will be a highway from Assyria for the remnant that remains of his people, as there was for Israel when they came up from the land of Egypt.
Verses 10-11 are reiterated in verse 12. Three sentences stating that on the ‘day’ that Yeshua stands as a banner for the peoples, the nations will seek him out, and God will raise his hand again, a second time, and assemble the dispersed of Israel, and gather the scattered of Judah. The remnant of his people from out of all the nations will be healed and reformed into One people, His people. The remnant of Israel, gathered and assembled out of all the nations.
Notice that the nations are not gathered and assembled ‘as Israel’, but identified as opposed to the nations from where they came. ‘again, a second time’ in verse 11 is in reference to the first time God raised his hand and reclaimed the remnant of Israel out of Egypt. As is the direct reference in verse 16.
I believe ‘on that day’ here means a period of time. The same way ‘the day of the Lord’ is not a single day, but a period of time. In fact, I believe we are in the great day of the Lord now. It’s a long day, as a thousand years.
The ‘day’ in which Yeshua stands as a banner for the world culminates in God raising his hand ‘again, a second time’, to reclaim those left from Israel. His first coming scattered them throughout the world, as he was placed upon the cross as a banner to the world. His second coming will assemble the dispersed of Israel and gather the scattered of Judah, and/thus bringing salvation to the nations of the earth.
As one people under God they will defeat their foes far and wide, and God will dry up the waters again to make a way for his people to return to him. As he did from the land of Egypt.
Isaiah 43:1-7 Israel’s Only Savior (Yeshua)
1 But now thus says the LORD, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. 2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.
3 For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you. 4 Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you, I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life. 5 Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, and from the west I will gather you. 6 I will say to the north, Give up, and to the south, Do not withhold; bring my sons from afar and my daughters from the end of the earth, 7 everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.”
God created us, he formed us, and he HAS redeemed us; calling us by name, saying Israel is mine! He is with us no matter what happens to us, and nothing can overtake us. Yeshua, our God, the Holy One of Israel, our Savior regards us as valued and honored because he loves us.
For God so loved Israel that he gave people, and nations in exchange for our life! He is with us, and will bring us from the four corners of the world to be his beloved.
20 “Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, you survivors of the nations! They have no knowledge who carry about their wooden idols, and keep on praying to a god that cannot save. 21 Declare and present your case; let them take counsel together!
Who told this long ago? Who declared it of old? Was it not I, the LORD? And there is no other god besides me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none besides me. 22 “Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
23 By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: ‘To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.’ 24 “Only in the LORD, it shall be said of me, are righteousness and strength; to him shall come and be ashamed all who were incensed against him. 25 In the LORD all the offspring of Israel shall be justified and shall glory.”
Yeshua, the savior of God will assemble the scattered of Israel from the nations. There is no other way to God than through Yeshua in whom all the ends of the earth are to seek and be saved. In the name of Yeshua, God has sworn, from his mouth has rightly gone out, a word that will not return – that to Him every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that only in Yeshua are justice and strength. All who rage against him will come to him ashamed, but all the children of Israel will find justice and glory in Yeshua.
5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, 7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death– even death on a cross! 9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,11 and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Confess Yeshua et ADONAI. Jesus is LORD.
6 “And the foreigners who join themselves to the LORD, to minister to him, to love the name of the LORD, and to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath and does not profane it, and holds fast my covenant– 7 these I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.” 8 The Lord GOD, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, declares, “I will gather yet others to him besides those already gathered.”
Though Gentiles can not be servants to the law of God given through Moshe to Israel, because that covenant has been made old by the death of it’s husband. They can however be servants to the law of God given through Yeshua to Israel. And become part of Israel. But this is not the fate of all the nations of the earth. All nations will worship Yeshua the King to the glory of God, who rules and reigns in Israel from Jerusalem. Yeshua as King, Israel as his holy servants, and all the nations being blessed with eternal life through our complete union through the Spirit.
This plainly shows that there are two entities, Israel”s exiles and foreigners, others God will gather besides those he already gathered. Having held fast to the covenant of Shabbat keeping they become part of Israel. But they are NOT all the Gentiles (nations). They are those gentiles called by God to join Israel . This shows that God allows converts into Israel alongside of blessing the nations. But this is not implying the others ARE the nations of the world. Just those who joined ‘themselves’ to God to serve him, to love the name of Yeshua, and be his workers, Israel, as identified by holding fast to the covenant of Shabbat keeping. (V’shamru) Throughout ‘your’ generations as en everlasting covenant. Made with Israel, not the nations. Foreigners from those nations could join themselves to God in the covenant made through Moses at Sinai, but the nations et al was not the subject of these verses.
Yet, it displays beautifully how individuals from the nations can join the nation of Israel.
13 As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you; you shall be comforted in Jerusalem. 14 You shall see, and your heart shall rejoice; your bones shall flourish like the grass; and the hand of the LORD shall be known to his servants, and he shall show his indignation against his enemies.
15 “For behold, the LORD will come in fire, and his chariots like the whirlwind, to render his anger in fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. 16 For by fire will the LORD enter into judgment, and by his sword, with all flesh; and those slain by the LORD shall be many. 17 “Those who sanctify and purify themselves to go into the gardens, following one in the midst, eating pig’s flesh and the abomination and mice, shall come to an end together, declares the LORD. 18 “For I know their works and their thoughts, and the time is comingto gather all nations and tongues. And they shall come and shall see my glory,
19 and I will set a sign among them. And from them I will send survivors to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to the coastlands far away, that have not heard my fame or seen my glory. And they shall declare my glory among the nations. 20 And they shall bring all your brothers from all the nations as an offering to the LORD, on horses and in chariots and in litters and on mules and on dromedaries, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says the LORD, just as the Israelites bring their grain offering in a clean vessel to the house of the LORD. 21 And some of them also I will take for priests and for Levites, says the LORD. 22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth that I make shall remain before me, says the LORD, so shall your offspring and your name remain. 23 From new moon to new moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before me, declares the LORD.
As the name of God continues forever, so too will our descendants, Israel. Everyone (of Israel) living will come to worship in my presence every month on Rosh-Hodesh and every week on Shabbat. This would be the logical conclusion from the context of the verses. The illogical conclusion would be that all the nations of the earth, every living soul would come to Jerusalem to worship in his presence every Rosh-Hodesh and every Shabbat. As Michah 4:3 states, Yeshua, the King of Israel, will judge and arbitrate the nations of the world. They will all seek him out to follow his ways. Knowing war and hatred no more, but peace throughout the world. Pouring out from Zion.
Having nothing at all to do with the nations observing the Torah given through Moshe for Israel. It is not our focus, but the Torah that flows out of the mouth of Yeshua from Mount Zion is. The ark is not made, nor even thought of again, nor how we were redeemed out of Egypt and given Torah. We have become the temple of the living God and praise him for redeeming us out of the world, forgiving our sins, and remembering them no more.
When God gathers all nations and tongues to come and see the glory of Yeshua, he will send some of their survivors, his comforted (Holy Spirit/comforter) servants from Jerusalem to the nations……….They will proclaim my glory in these nations, and will bring all your kinsmen out of all the nations as an offering to Yeshua.
John 17 “Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son that the Son may glorify you,2since you have given him authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him.3And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
4I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do.5And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.
6″I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word.7Now they know that everything that you have given me is from you.8For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me.9I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours.10All mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them.11And I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, keep them in your name, which you have given me, that they may be one, even as we are one.12While I was with them, I kept them in your name, which you have given me. I have guarded them, and not one of them has been lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.
13But now I am coming to you, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have my joy fulfilled in themselves.14I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.15I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one.16They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.17Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth. 18As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.19And for their sake I consecrate myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth.
20″I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word,21that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one,23I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.
24Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.25O righteous Father, even though the world does not know you, I know you, and these know that you have sent me.26I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known, that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.”
Matthew 28:16 Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. 17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.19Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,20teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Eternal life is to believe that God has sent Yeshua as the King of Israel and the nations of the world, forgiving our sins and forgetting them. Causing us to know God through Yeshua, by walking in union with God through the gift Yeshua offered mankind, the Spirit of God. The Spirit comes and lives in us when we believe, and keeps us from all sin. Either by keeping us pure or cleaning us back up into our righteous relationship with God through Yeshua.
Yeshua the savior of Israel will assemble the scattered of Israel from all nations. Giving us the glory of eternal life, Yeshua in us, and God in Yeshua.
Jeremiah 23:1-8 The Righteous Branch
1 “Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!” declares the LORD. 2 Therefore thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, concerning the shepherds who care for my people: “You have scattered my flock and have driven them away, and you have not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for your evil deeds, declares the LORD. 3 Then I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and I will bring them back to their fold, and they shall be fruitful and multiply. 4 I will set shepherds over them who will care for them, and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall any be missing, declares the LORD.
5 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. 6 In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely. And this is the name by which he will be called: ‘The LORD is our righteousness.’
8 but ‘As the LORD lives who brought up and led the offspring of the house of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.’ Then they shall dwell in their own land.”
In the days of Yeshua Judah will be saved, and Israel will live in their own land.
Yeshua will be raised as a righteous branch for David, reigning as King and doing what is just and right ‘in the Land’. In essence, when the people no longer swear (are under or bound) by the law given through Moshe who brought the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt, but, swear (are under or bound) by the law given through Yeshua who brought the descendants of the house of Israel up from out of the entire world where he drove them, Yeshua the Messiah will eclipse Moshe the Messiah, in every way. And Moshe is rejoicing greatly at the sound of the bridegrooms voice.
Ezekiel 11:14-20 Israel’s New Heart and Spirit
14 And the word of the LORD came to me: 15 “Son of man, your brothers, even your brothers, your kinsmen, the whole house of Israel, all of them, are those of whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, ‘Go far from the LORD; to us this land is given for a possession.’ 16 Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: Though I removed them far off among the nations, and though I scattered them among the countries, yet I have been a sanctuary to them for a while in the countries where they have gone.‘
17 Therefore say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.’ 18 And when they come there, they will remove from it all its detestable things and all its abominations. 19 And I will give them one heart, and a new spirit I will put within them. I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, 20 that they may walk in my statutes and keep my rules and obey them. And they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
We have been removed far away among the nations and scattered among the countries; but God has not abandoned us even here in the nations. He will gather us from the peoples of the nations and collect us from the countries he scattered us into, and will give us the land of Israel. Where our sin will be removed and remembered no more, as Yeshua lives in us, as God lives in Yeshua, through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that causes us to live by all his ways and obey all his commands, thus being his people and Him being our God.
Ezekiel 20:33-44 The Lord will restore Israel
33 “As I live, declares the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm and with wrath poured out I will be king over you. 34 I will bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you are scattered, with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and with wrath poured out. 35 And I will bring you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there I will enter into judgment with you face to face. 36 As I entered into judgment with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so I will enter into judgment with you, declares the Lord GOD. 37 I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant. 38 I will purge out the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against me. I will bring them out of the land where they sojourn, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
39 “As for you, O house of Israel, thus says the Lord GOD: Go serve every one of you his idols, now and hereafter, if you will not listen to me; but my holy name you shall no more profane with your gifts and your idols. 40 “For on my holy mountain, the mountain height of Israel, declares the Lord GOD, there all the house of Israel, all of them, shall serve me in the land. There I will accept them, and there I will require your contributions and the choicest of your gifts, with all your sacred offerings. 41 As a pleasing aroma I will accept you, when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you have been scattered. And I will manifest my holiness among you in the sight of the nations. 42 And you shall know that I am the LORD, when I bring you into the land of Israel, the country that I swore to give to your fathers. 43 And there you shall remember your ways and all your deeds with which you have defiled yourselves, and you shall loathe yourselves for all the evils that you have committed. 44 And you shall know that I am the LORD, when I deal with you for my name’s sake, not according to your evil ways, nor according to your corrupt deeds, O house of Israel, declares the Lord GOD.”
As King over Israel, he will bring us out from the peoples and gather us out of the countries where we were scattered. And the whole house of Israel will serve God in the land. He accepts us there as a sweet aroma when he brings us out of the nations we were scattered. And through our redemption God manifests his holiness in the sight of the nations. We know that Yeshua is LORD when he as King brings us into the land of Israel, the country which God pledged to give our ancestors in the sight of all the nations.
7 “Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 8 As I live, declares the Lord GOD, surely because my sheep have become a prey, and my sheep have become food for all the wild beasts, since there was no shepherd, and because my shepherds have not searched for my sheep, but the shepherds have fed themselves, and have not fed my sheep, 9 therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the LORD: 10 Thus says the Lord GOD, Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will require my sheep at their hand and put a stop to their feeding the sheep. No longer shall the shepherds feed themselves. I will rescue my sheep from their mouths, that they may not be food for them.
11 “For thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I, I myself will search for my sheep and will seek them out. 12 As a shepherd seeks out his flock when he is among his sheep that have been scattered, so will I seek out my sheep, and I will rescue them from all places where they have been scattered on a day of clouds and thick darkness. 13 And I will bring them out from the peoples and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land. And I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the ravines, and in all the inhabited places of the country. 14 I will feed them with good pasture, and on the mountain heights of Israel shall be their grazing land. There they shall lie down in good grazing land, and on rich pasture they shall feed on the mountains of Israel. 15 I myself will be the shepherd of my sheep, and I myself will make them lie down, declares the Lord GOD. 16 I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak, and the fat and the strong I will destroy. I will feed them in justice.
Yeshua the King will return and search himself for his people, rescuing them from all the places where we were scattered. Bringing us back from the nations into our own land. Where we will eat and be satisfied.
1 “And you, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD. 2 Thus says the Lord GOD: Because the enemy said of you, ‘Aha!’ and, ‘The ancient heights have become our possession,’ 3 therefore prophesy, and say, Thus says the Lord GOD: Precisely because they made you desolate and crushed you from all sides, so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations, and you became the talk and evil gossip of the people, 4 therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD: Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains and the hills, the ravines and the valleys, the desolate wastes and the deserted cities, which have become a prey and derision to the rest of the nations all around, 5 therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Surely I have spoken in my hot jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, who gave my land to themselves as a possession with wholehearted joy and utter contempt, that they might make its pasturelands a prey. 6 Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys, Thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I have spoken in my jealous wrath, because you have suffered the reproach of the nations. 7 Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: I swear that the nations that are all around you shall themselves suffer reproach.
8 “But you, O mountains of Israel, shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to my people Israel, for they will soon come home. 9 For behold, I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown. 10 And I will multiply people on you, the whole house of Israel, all of it. The cities shall be inhabited and the waste places rebuilt. 11 And I will multiply on you man and beast, and they shall multiply and be fruitful. And I will cause you to be inhabited as in your former times, and will do more good to you than ever before. Then you will know that I am the LORD. 12 I will let people walk on you, even my people Israel. And they shall possess you, and you shall be their inheritance, and you shall no longer bereave them of children. 13 Thus says the Lord GOD: Because they say to you, ‘You devour people, and you bereave your nation of children,’ 14 therefore you shall no longer devour people and no longer bereave your nation of children, declares the Lord GOD. 15 And I will not let you hear anymore the reproach of the nations, and you shall no longer bear the disgrace of the peoples and no longer cause your nation to stumble, declares the Lord GOD.”
16 The word of the LORD came to me: 17 “Son of man, when the house of Israel lived in their own land, they defiled it by their ways and their deeds. Their ways before me were like the uncleanness of a woman in her menstrual impurity. 18 So I poured out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed in the land, for the idols with which they had defiled it. 19 I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed through the countries. In accordance with their ways and their deeds I judged them. 20 But when they came to the nations, wherever they came, they profaned my holy name, in that people said of them, ‘These are the people of the LORD, and yet they had to go out of his land.’ 21 But I had concern for my holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations to which they came.
22 “Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord GOD: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of my holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came. 23 And I will vindicate the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the LORD, declares the Lord GOD, when through you I vindicate my holiness before their eyes.
24 I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land. 25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses, and from all your idols I will cleanse you. 26 And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. 28 You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God. 29 And I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. And I will summon the grain and make it abundant and lay no famine upon you. 30 I will make the fruit of the tree and the increase of the field abundant, that you may never again suffer the disgrace of famine among the nations. 31 Then you will remember your evil ways, and your deeds that were not good, and you will loathe yourselves for your iniquities and your abominations. 32 It is not for your sake that I will act, declares the Lord GOD; let that be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel. 33 “Thus says the Lord GOD: On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. 34 And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by. 35 And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ 36 Then the nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the LORD; I have rebuilt the ruined places and replanted that which was desolate. I am the LORD; I have spoken, and I will do it. 37 “Thus says the Lord GOD: This also I will let the house of Israel ask me to do for them: to increase their people like a flock. 38 Like the flock for sacrifices, like the flock at Jerusalem during her appointed feasts, so shall the waste cities be filled with flocks of people. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”
For the sake of God’s holy name, Yeshua, the remnant of Israel, before the eyes of the nations, will be set apart through Yeshua to be regarded as holy. So he is taking us from among the nations, gathering us from the countries, and returning us to our own land. Where he will sprinkle clean water on us, and clean us from all our sins, forgetting them no longer, causing us to live by his commands and obey them. We will live in the land he gave our ancestors, being his people and him being our God. He will provide all our needs and increase us greatly.
When we are cleansed from all our sin, he will cause us to live and rebuild Israel. And the nations will understand that Yeshua has rebuilt the ruins and replanted the remnant of Israel that were exiled into the nations.
Ezekiel 37: 21- 28
21 then say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will take the people of Israel from the nations among which they have gone, and will gather them from all around, and bring them to their own land.
22 And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. And one king shall be king over them all, and they shall be no longer two nations, and no longer divided into two kingdoms. 23 They shall not defile themselves anymore with their idols and their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions. But I will save them from all the backslidings in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them; and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. 24 “My servant David shall be king over them, and they shall all have one shepherd. They shall walk in my rules and be careful to obey my statutes. 25 They shall dwell in the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children shall dwell there forever, and David my servant shall be their prince forever. 26 I will make a covenant of peace with them. It shall be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will set them in their land and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in their midst forevermore. 27 My dwelling place shall be with them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28 Then the nations will know that I am the LORD who sanctifies Israel, when my sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.”
When Yeshua the King returns he will gather the remnant of Israel and bring them back into our own land. He will make one nation of us, and will be the only King over all. He will forgive our sins and remember them no longer, cleansing us so that we will be his people, and He will be our God. Forever we will live there, and forever Yeshua will be King. He will make an everlasting covenant of peace with us, increasing our numbers greatly and dwell among us forever.
12 I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob; I will gather the remnant of Israel; I will set them together like sheep in a fold, like a flock in its pasture, a noisy multitude of men. 13 He who opens the breach goes up before them; they break through and pass the gate, going out by it. Their king passes on before them, the LORD at their head.
1 It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and it shall be lifted up above the hills; and peoples shall flow to it, 2 and many nations shall come, and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. 3 He shall judge between many peoples, and shall decide for strong nations far away; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore; 4 but they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree, and no one shall make them afraid, for the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken. 5 For all the peoples walk each in the name of its god, but we will walk in the name of the LORD our God forever and ever.
6 In that day, declares the LORD, I will assemble the lame and gather those who have been driven away and those whom I have afflicted; 7 and the lame I will make the remnant, and those who were cast off, a strong nation; and the LORD will reign over them in Mount Zion from this time forth and forevermore.
In the world to come Yeshua will reign as King of Israel on the mountain of God’s house that is established in Jerusalem, Mt Zion, dwelling with his servants forever. The nations all will come to him to learn God’s ways and walk in his paths. Loving God with all their heart, soul and might, living in peace and loving everyone.
Israel has a place and purpose God’s Kingdom ‘along side’ the nations of the world. This study shows overwhelmingly that Israel is dealt with in a different manner than the nations of the world. Israel is redeemed out of the nations in glory to God, and the nations are saved through Israel glorifying God through Yeshua in this way. The nations will know God when through Israel Yeshua is glorified. When Israel is redeemed as a nation of people through Yeshua, the nations of the world will bow down and glorify Yeshua through Israel.
Both Jew and Gentile are One in Messiah!! Both indwelt with the Spirit of God, being cleansed, forgiven and made holy to God, along side each other. Not being made into one another, becoming the other, or replacing the other. But both receive eternal life when they accept who they are ‘individually’ in Messiah.
When Yeshua the King returns he will gather the remnant of Israel and rule over her in the Land promised to her. She will be cleaned and made pure, and all the nations of the world will come and worship Yeshua in Israel. Learning the ways and paths of God. As his instructions go forth out of Zion.
“I in them and you in I” Yeshua the King dwells in the remnant of Israel, and God dwells in Yeshua, and many gentiles will come and say ‘teach us about your ways, and we will walk your paths. And Yeshua the King will teach them, judge them and arbitrate for them, as he rules Israel from Mount Zion, forever.
Yeshua the King will return and establish the remnant of Israel and rule the nations from Mt. Zion. Both are uniquely identified in purpose and in place. The gentile nations do not become Israel, nor does Israel become a gentile nation. The Spirit of God is no more causing all gentiles to follow the Torah of Moshe. than it is causing all Israel to become the Church. Both are forms of replacement theology that have no truth in them.
Praise Yeshua and the return of the King who gathers the remnant of Israel from the world and places her in the promised land, causing the nations to know God through them glorifying Yeshua. Praise Yeshua the King who bestows eternal life to both Israel and those who believe in what God has done through Yeshua with Israel. Praise the King of Glory, the King of Israel, and the world!
