Donetsk leaflet: Jews must register or face deportation

A leaflet distributed in Donetsk, Ukraine calling for all Jews over 16 years old to register as Jews marred the Jewish community’s Passover festivities Monday (Passover eve), replacing them with feelings of concern.

The leaflet demanded the city’s Jews supply a detailed list of all the property they own, or else have their citizenship revoked, face deportion and see their assets confiscated.

Here it comes.

I think we who have lived in relative freedom and abundance have a lot to be thankful for, still.  I think the lives, burdens, and atrocities of those living in other parts of the world eclipse our own perceived burdens.  I think a homeless person who has resided to living off the charity of others here in the States would think his life as a prince should he find himself on the streets of Damascus or Donestsk.  Likewise, we who have known nothing but want and desire, and think that when those things seemingly elude us that our whole world is coming to and end, we should think twice because our perceived suffering is trivial compared to the suffering of others.  We have it good.  For now.  And we should be thankful to God for what we have, least he let it be taken from us for not appreciating it.

Anti-Semitism has been on the rise, and scripture warns us so it should be no surprise.  But take stock in who you really stand for, because this evil will soon be coming to a community near you.  If scripture is correct, all nations will come against the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob.  Cleansing starts in the house of God.  In the holocaust it didn’t matter if your mothers or fathers blood was Jewish or if you merely sympathised with us, you were murdered.   This speaks to all the God Fearers/Messianic Gentiles.  If you attach yourself, you best be ready to stand and die with us.

I have no other thoughts I’d like to share on this, it hits too close to home.  I only desire to express and expose what mainstream media refuses to acknowledge.  My releatives went through the shoah, and my Askenazi fathers left this very region because of such ideological hatred.  I cry to think it’s happening again.  May we hold tight to Yeshua’s fringe!  May we be covered by his love, grace and mercy.  May all who love him be redeemed by him.  Now and forever.  God save us.

There is just no end to stupidity is there. And no matter what happens in the world it seems to be a trigger to go after the Jews. “The weather has been terrible this year!” “That’s right. It must be the Jews fault. Let’s get those Jews out of here!”

Look, here is the truth, you can’t say you love God and at the same time hate God’s chosen, whether Jews or Gentiles. Sadly we know from prophecy that it is going to get much worse from this point on. We must all make a choice. The people of these nations better sit down and read the scriptures. Yeshua said, If you have does so to the least of these my brothers, then you have done it to me.”
